We don’t like surprises any more than you do, and our simple approach to the construction process ensures transparency and peace of mind throughout the entire project.

We are a small company and aren’t rigidly structured as some other companies – we don’t have multiple departments and huge teams of people, which means you deal with the same people throughout the construction process. Each stage simply moves into the next, with us communicating with you every step of the way.

Give Adam a call for an obligation free chat – you can talk specifics or just discuss the construction processes and the overall big picture.

Whether you’re looking discuss your block to build on and need some advice on your own design that has been part of your family’s life months – Adam is happy to chat and help you out. He can also meet you onsite to walk through your ideas if that suits you better.

Concept Brief

From the initial discussion we progress to an in-depth design brief. We work up the design balancing your requirements with the practical limitations and your budget. Following feedback, the concept will then be refined and only when you are happy will your dreams be passed on for costing.

Once you are happy, we will provide you with a fixed price quotation detailing our fees, the services we will be providing based on the drawings. You can then review the proposal and advise if there are any changes you would like to make, and we will reissue if required. Once we receive a signed copy of the quotation we will proceed to writing up the formal specification and contract.

Putting it down in written form

This is when we start working with your construction drawings and your specification, which will outline the stages of the build process in detail.

We will prepare all relevant paperwork for government authorities and engineers, and all insurance paperwork, while you finalise your finance with your lending accountants if required. As a QBCC licenced building company, we adhere to strict policies of looking after the entire process.

Once all the paperwork is ready we’ll discuss and go through it together so you can ask any questions you may have before signing.

The construction processes will commence

Work will be charged in stages. We don’t make claims until the work or materials are done/on site. You can speak with Adam at any time throughout the building process. If you want to visit your site this can be organised at any stage (during business hours).
